Love this recipe! Thank you so much! I had a 6 almost 7lb. Park tenderloin in my freezer that I’ve been wanting to use. I decided to make pulled pork for Christmas Eve but wasn’t sure if pork tenderloin would work. Thanks to you recipe it came out fantastic. I did cut it into smaller chunks.

My go to pork recipe! I make it a few times a month! I’ve used it for pulled pork baked potatoes or shred it and leave off the bbq sauce and use it for nachos!

This pulled pork recipe is great! The only changes I made were: I trimmed the tough connective tissue from the pork loin before rubbing the spices on so that I could shred it with two forks right in the crock pot. And I didn’t add the full cup of barbecue sauce- just a few squirts, since the liquid was so flavorful. Had it on homemade buns- heaven.

I’d plan on 6-7 hours on high but it’s going to depend quite a bit on your slow cooker. I’d probably cut the pork into pieces too just to help it cook evenly.

Scaling up the other ingredients is easy but I don’t wanna end up with a dry hunk of meat by cooking it too long.

This was delicious! I made it for a family party.i served it with homemade baked beans and coleslaw for lunch. Dinner was the typical grilled meat and fish with other salads but people continued to include the pulled pork on their plates (the crock pot was still on keep warm) the pork was the only thing completely finished! I have already shared the recipe with two people!
